Infracorr is seeking applicants from civil/structural and materials engineers looking to embark on a career in consulting in both our Melbourne and Sydney offices.

Infracorr Consulting Pty. Ltd is professional services consultant in the field of infrastructure remediation and durability services. Our team of engineers, technicians and scientists work with our clients to understand the condition of existing infrastructure and undertake engineering design to remediate and extend the service life of deteriorating structures.

Infracorr is an industry leader in the adoption of new and innovative technologies and remedial solutions. In the field we utilise the latest testing and measurement techniques – including the use of drone inspections, precision reality modelling, and test equipment such as corrosion rate measurements, ground penetrating radars, and rapid chloride testing – to collect and gather data. Our team stays on top of the latest construction materials and remedial techniques – including cathodic protection, chloride extraction, protective coatings, and specialist repair techniques such as structural strengthening – to provide innovative remedial design solutions. Infracorr also provides advice and solutions relating to waterproofing through the Australian Waterproofing Consultants brand.

Infracorr is an employee-owned company with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Your Career at Infracorr

As a graduate engineer at Infracorr, you will hit the ground running working across various sites and projects. This will include:

  • Exposure to a variety of projects across Australia across a range of business sectors including marine, buildings/heritage and other civil infrastructure;

  • Gain practical experience conducting on-site field works, including investigation and testing of existing structures, as well as supervision of construction/remediation projects;

  • Technical communication including report writing, to communicate outcomes of site works such as condition assessment investigations and remedial options analysis with key stakeholders; and

  • Design responsibilities including materials selection, cathodic protection design calculations, technical specification writing, and preparation of for-construction drawings.

You will be supported on your journey by our team of experienced engineers from across all three offices, providing you the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge from a range of mentors. As you gain experience and your career develops, there is significant opportunity to progress to more senior roles within the business including project management, technical leadership, business development, commercial management, and people management roles and responsibilities.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be in your final year of study and able to commence in February 2025;

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
